What size of business do you work with?
Typically businesses with 5 to 50 staff that have grown past the startup stage but aren't large enough to justify a full-time CTO or IT director. Usually $1M–$20M in revenue.
Are you based in Atlantic Canada?
Yes, I'm based in Newfoundland. I work with clients across Atlantic Canada and remotely with businesses elsewhere in Canada.
Do you implement the systems you recommend?
Through Fix & Implement, yes - but only work that was scoped in a prior Reality Check. I don't take on open-ended implementation contracts or projects where I haven't first done an independent assessment. That keeps my advice honest.
What does it cost?
The discovery call is free. A Technology Reality Check starts at $3,500 fixed fee. Fix & Implement work is priced in prepaid hour blocks starting at $3,100. Ongoing Advisory retainers start at $3,200/month. Full pricing is on the services page.
